Return Policy and Fees



Due to the nature of beekeeping and the ability to spread disease through tools,

clothing, and equipment we are unable to return used items.  Medications, food, and Bees are non refundable.  



Please inspect your purchases and let us know immediately of any defects in the products.  

We will happily replace anything that isn’t as it should be upon delivery.

Our items DO NOT include shipping, the purchaser is responsible to pay all shipping costs.  

Including those that are incurred when items need to be returned.

We are happy to get you a quote on shipping costs via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, or Greyhound.


If you decide that you no longer want the items that you purchased, we are happy to

Reimburse you, less a $0.40 per item restocking fee.  This is for PayPal purchases only,

Not for purchases made by cash, cleared cheque, or Debit.


If you purchase packaged bees or nucs and cancel your order prior to picking up a $20 deposit will be with held from your refund. If you fail to pick up your bees without 72 hours notice you will forfeit the full cost of the bees whether it be a package or a nuc.


Cancellations of classes are as follows: More than 7 days notice 50% refund, less than 7 days notice

no refund issued unless the spot can be filled, in which case you will be refunded 50% of the course fee.
