Our little team is often doing a bit of everything in the shop, from helping customers in store to preparing orders in the warehouse, or we may already be on the line with another customer. If we don't catch your call please be sure to leave a voicemail and we will be very happy to get back to you as soon as we can.

Urban Bee is still OPEN for PRE-ORDER pick-ups on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from: 10 AM - 5 PM.

- Please note we are NOT open for browsing on these days. We are only open for pick-up of orders placed online or over the phone in advanced, and which have been pre-paid.

- Please wait for confirmation that your order has been packed and is ready for pick-up before arriving.

The warehouse side of the building has a big white bay door. You can enter through the little green door next to it. Please be safe and respect any forklift or truck traffic at the warehouse doors.

Please present our friendly staff with your order name and number, and they will be happy to pick that order for you!
